What is the battery life span on the IoT devices and are the batteries replaceable?
The IoT smart devices we supply to our customers have a battery life span of 5-10 years. After that period has elapsed the customer will call us on site to replace the old batteries with the new ones.

What is the range of connection for the devices you offer?
Our devices have a range of upto 30km from where the gateway is installed.

Do your devices have an option of being wired to a power source instead of being wireless?
Unfortunately not. Our devices are all wireless meaning they are powered by a battery source.

Can i use my own devices and dashboard application but still have access to your network.
Most definately. You have the option to only subscribe to our network services. To make it happen, visit out contact section and we will can discuss further on how to mitigate this.
